Hiring: Consultant Assistant

Type of contract: internship, fixed-term contract, freelance. Possibility to move to a permanent contract at the end of the first contract Contract duration: 4 months minimum Location: Office located next to the Old Port of Marseille Starting date: from April 1st, 2023 Working hours: Full time, part time (20 hours per week minimum) Remuneration: French minimum wage or gratification for an internship, public transport compensation. Depending on the person’s results, an end-of-year bonus may be possible. Main tasks:

  • Data collection and input into control tables
  • Data audit and communication with the teams responsible for data processing and problem management
  • Assisting the head of department to complete the monthly declarations online before the deadline
  • Assisting the head of department with financial data input
  • Participation in other administrative tasks

Criteria:

  • Basic listening, speaking and writing skills in French (answering the phone, etc.)
  • Training in economics, business, management or accounting
  • Basic knowledge on how to use Microsoft Office software
  • Paying attention to details, being thorough and data management skills
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Be autonomous, organized and proactive
  • Have experience in managing websites, WeChat, other social networks, etc.… Fluent English skills would be preferable

Hiring : Work-study administrative assistant

Type of contract: apprenticeship. Possibility to move to a permanent contract at the end of the first contract Contract duration: at least 6 months Location: Office located next to the Old Port of Marseille Starting date: as soon as possible Working hours: Full time, part time Remuneration: Depending of your age and your level of studies. Depending on the person’s results, an end-of-year bonus may be possible. Main tasks:

  • Welcome customers and entering calls
  • Handling emails
  • Taking notes, writing reports and letters
  • Assisting with the administrative aspect of projects
  • Participate in other administrative tasks

Criteria:

  • Basic listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in French (answering the phone, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge on how to use Microsoft Office software
  • Paying attention to details, being thorough, dynamic, motivated, committed and willing to learn
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Have experience in managing websites, WeChat, other social networks, etc.… Fluent English skills would be preferable
