Given Management is an SME whose size and activity requires it to stay people-focused. The professionalism, motivation and values of our management team are the foundation of its growth and development. Given Management does not have the same resources or experience as other companies in the field. That is why, since its creation, it has always insisted on the fact that the development of the company should be based on its collaborators. We are not looking for employees as such, but rather “collaborators” who we may work with.
In 2018, the firm really started exploring the term “collaborator”:
- By encouraging our collaborators to be creative regarding their working methods, to show initiative and take the lead in their tasks. We welcome their proposals with open arms!
- By encouraging our partners to keep their knowledge and skills in their field of expertise up to date. By planning professional training sessions in their field of expertise and discuss their professional career ambitions.
- By increasing the scope of the members’ skills and knowledge. It can be achieved by organizing seminars on specific topics where professionals can share their experience.
- Our team is able to communicate without language barriers and fully enjoy the diversity of every staff. Whether it is in terms of nationality, education or professional experience. At Given Management everyone can give their opinion and make suggestions. For example, the way tasks are divided within the team, the pressure experienced, the atmosphere within the company, the degree of cooperation of our partners.
- By improving the working environment of our team. The tasks and their content can be modified to better suit the strengths and weaknesses of each employee.
Our company enjoys a good relationship with Marseille’s educational establishments, such as private business schools and universities. It is the reason why students and graduate students of said establishments often carry out their internship, up to 6 months, in our firm. This continuous flow of new staff has not only been renewing the structure of the team, but has also been keeping everyone motivated, looking forward to the future and the company’s development.
Students who decide to join us do not have to worry about their lack of professional experience. We will take it upon ourselves to allow them to experience and practice, in real-life situations, in the world of work.
